In 1972 I participated in a 3,252 mile walk for charity from St.Paul, MN, to San Lucas Toliman, Guatemala.
I planned to spend only a short time there before returning to my Minnesota home but ended up staying three years.
But trying to run a business and raise a family long distance just wasn’t working, so I did return home, but continued to give financially to the mission in Guatemala.
to Guatemala and began building stoves. Eventually my team and I started building homes, then septic systems, then water projects...which we continue to do today.
In addition, we offer financial help to families so they can send their children to school, and provide electronic tablets to students in high school and college.

Although Dale’s life was cut short from cancer in 2016, his vision continues to be an encouragement to all. Dale’s compassion for the less fortunate still inspires today. He is truly missed!
One of the happiest moments in my life is when I hand the keys of a new home to a Guatemalan family.
Although we're a dedicated group of workers and volunteers, we can't do it alone. We need your help. Please consider a donation, a sponsorship, or volunteering your time and talents to help us.
Thank you so much!
